So… Running

I started week 6 of the 9 week couch to 5k running program. I have to say that I feel so much better since I started running and I think this is just a start. On Friday, I ran for 20 minutes without stopping (just shy of 2 miles). This is huge for me since the last time I ran was in high school (which was a long time ago). Chris is out in Colorado so the last week or so I have been running alone. I am on track to run the 5k on the 4th of July.

  1. Congrats on your 20 minute run! Life does feel better when running is involved. You will be amazed how much easier it is to get from 2-3 miles than it was from 0-1 or 1-2.
