LED Spotlight

I made a quick LED spotlight for my graveyard with a broken LED flashlight, some 35mm film cans (thanks Ghostess D) and some AA batteries.

First thing I did was cut the bottoms off of 2 film cans and hot glue the bottoms together.

then I soldered a 9v battery connector to the wires from the circuit board of the LED lights. I used a 9v connector since I had a 2 AA battery holder that had the 9v terminals on the top.

The circuit board for the LEDs fit exactly into the film can, I just used a little hot glue to hold it in place. Then all I did was connect the batteries and slide them into the end of the tube and put the cap on.

I used the same basic technique to make a blue spotlight with 4 ultrabright blue LEDs I had lying around.
